Overview: The termination of an employee in GIR is a process that allows entering the necessary data to conclude the employment relationship of an employee. The review is the last step in the termination process, which enables managers to track, manage, and approve/decline workforce decisions within the system.

Start from: The Workforce Module.

 

  • Select Workforce Management > Review Proposals from the main menu.
  • Choose the Work Center where you want to create the Termination proposal.
  • Select the Status of the proposal, choosing between Pending, Accepted, or Rejected proposals.
  • Select Edit to carry out the review of the selected proposal.

  • Modify the information you want in the employee's termination proposal.
  • Select Accept to review the proposal as accepted OR Reject to review it as rejected. You can also select Cancel to not review the proposal, OR Required Information to request more information before reviewing the proposal.
