Overview: Suggestion boxes on Engagement are a great way to gather feedback from your employees.
Start from: The Engagement Dashboard.
Note: only designated administrators per subcategory can see suggestions received in those boxes. When a user shares a suggestion, administrators will be notified by email, so they can consult the suggestion.
They will be able to:
- Reply to the user.
- Mark it as under review or reviewed.
- Check previous answers.
