Overview: Shift review is the process in which users in charge of making shift decisions can check shift configurations and shift modifications to ensure that any changes made to the schedule are correct and prevent possible errors.

Start from: The Workforce module.

  • Select Scheduling > Review Weekly ROTAs from the main menu.

  • Select the Work Center whose shifts you wish to review.

  • To view the shift details, select the Arrow icon to go to the Projected Shift screen.

Note: If the icon is blue, it means there is already data saved in that week.

  • In the Projected Shift screen, you can modify the shift data. When edits are complete, select the Save icon to keep the changes OR Exit without saving to discard the changes and return to the Review Weekly ROTAs screen.

  • Once the shift data has been reviewed and edited, select the red X icon to change the shift status to Reviewed (the icon will change to a green ) OR select Reset to clear all shift data and restart its configuration.



Note: By hovering over the Reviewed icon, you will be able to see the details of date, time, and user in charge of the review.

Once the shift changes status to Reviewed, it cannot be reset or the information related to it deleted unless the status is reverted to Not Reviewed.
