Overview: Workforce allows users to configure and adjust payroll periods according to the specific needs of their workplace. This configuration makes it easier for companies to adapt to operational changes, as well as allows them to ensure that payroll processing is aligned with current fiscal or operational periods.

Start from: The Workforce module.

Configure settlement periods

  • Navigate to Configuration > Payroll Settlement Periods.
  • Select the Work Center for which you want to configure the settlement periods.
  • Select New to create a new settlement period.
  • Indicate the Month and Day of liquidation you want.
  • Select Accept to save this settlement period in the selected work center OR Cancel to not create the record.

  • To change an existing period, Select Edit to change the settlement date of the period OR Delete to delete it.

Notes: If the existing period has associated information, you’ll have to reset it before editing.


Reset settlement periods

  • Select Workforce Management > Payroll Incidences from the main menu.

  • Select the Work Center for which you want to change the period.

The blue arrow icon indicates that there is information recorded in the period. To change settlement periods, you must make sure that the period you wish to change has no information recorded. To this end:
  • Select Delete in the field of the period you wish to change.

  • Select the Delete Periods button to delete and restart all periods with no activity.

  • Once the information stored in the period has been deleted, you can navigate back to Configuration > Settlement Periods to change the period’s configuration.
