Overview: As head of a laboratory/central kitchen, you'll have to manage the products you produce as if they were finished products, in order to keep them in stock, offer them to child sites and manage deliveries.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

Enable management of finished products on the site

  • Select Admin > Site parameters.

The Main information window appears. In the Contact details section :

  • Select Update.

The Modify a site window appears:

  • Check the Authorize the storage of finished products box.
  • Select Update.

Set up a recipe for use as a finished user product

  • Select Recipes in the main menu > Recipe management.
  • Display only local recipes using the Origin filter.
  • Select the relevant recipe.
  • Select Update.

The Update the information of a recipe window appears:

  • Check the box Render this recipe as a stored finished product.
  • Select Update.
