Overview: In order to manage deviations effectively, it is important to know how to manage central Deviation Action Plan settings. Here, we look at these central settings, and how to make them work for you.
Start from: The Compliance Dashboard.
- Select Deviation Action Plan in the Main Menu.
- Select the Settings section.
Here, you can:
- Choose what forms to use for deviations, there need to be one public for and one private form, using the dropdown menus.
- Choose if you want to automatically create a deviation if compliance score is too low.
- Choose if any deviation should be added to the plan automatically.
