Overview: Agrimer is a French agricultural certification to which an establishment can commit to purchase. This certification is also known as “Milk and Fruit at School”, and consists in providing aid for the distribution of fruit and vegetables and certain dairy products in schools. The aim of the program is to promote healthier eating habits among schoolchildren. To apply for subsidies for these products, precise and detailed documentation must be provided. These products can be managed on Easilys to facilitate subsidy applications. This guide takes you through the process.

INTRODUCING AGRIMER PRODUCTS TO YOUR BUSINESS UNIT
1st STEP: MODIFYING PRODUCTS IN THE PRICE LIST
Parameters for Agrimer products are set directly in the product file, from the “Price list” screen or the “Administration des produits V2” screen:
Method 1 - From the “Price list” screen
- Select the Products > Price Lists tabs.
- Select the price list in which the product to be modified is located.
Price list details are viewed on screen.
- Select the product name.
The Supplier product details panel appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the pencil icon in the “Supplier product” column.
The “Update a supplier product” window appears, allowing you to add the "Agrimer” item.
- In the “Billing” tab, check the “Is AGRIMER?” box(1).
- Enter the AGRIMER Category to which the product belongs. (2)
Note: AGRIMER Category can only be configured by our technical department. Please contact your administrator if any changes are required.
Depending on the billing unit set, it is necessary to enter the Kilogram conversion, which is the unit of measurement used for this certification. (3)
(The conversion indicated here automatically informs the kilo conversion in the “Production” zone.)
Note: in the Production tab, be sure to check that the ratios are consistent with the units you plan to use when you add the ingredient linked to this product to a recipe.
Method 2 — From the “Product administration V2” screen
- Select the Products > Product administration V2 tabs
- Select the desired product from the list and the relevant supplier.
- Select Modify in the product file.
- In the “Order” area, check the “Eligible for AGRIMER” box.
Enter the category and conversion in kg in the "Production" field.
- Select Save.
2nd STEP: DOWNLOAD THE AGRIMER REPORT INTO THE RECEPTIONS SCREEN
Once you've set up, ordered and received your Agrimer products, you'll need to provide a detailed list of products purchased for your subsidy application. Easilys provides you with a dedicated report that lists the quantities of “AGRIMER” qualified items in completed deliveries for the chosen period, by categorization.
- Select the Supplier orders > Receptions tabs.
- Select Reports.
- Select the desired AGRIMER report format.
Select the desired period, then download the report.
