Overview: As a restaurant manager, you need to link documents to a piece of equipment item so that all relevant information is easily accessible. This guide takes you through the process.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Select Equipment items > Equipment items tabs.
- From the list of cards on the left of the “Equipment items” screen, select the Equipment item card to which you wish to add a document.
The equipment item sheet is viewed on the right of the screen.
- Select Add a document available in the “Documents” section of the Equipment items file.
- Enter a name for the document in the “Label” section.
- Select Browse to select the file you wish to link that is available on your device.
- Select Update.
