Overview: As a restaurant manager, you need to create an equipment items supplier record to organise and manage your supplier relations efficiently. An equipment item supplier can be used to define an equipment supplier or a maintenance company. In all cases, we speak of a supplier record.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Select the Equipment items > Suppliers tabs.
- Select Create visible in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
The “Create supplier” window then views on the screen.
- Enter the supplier's name.
- Optional: Add the reference you associate with the supplier.
- Optional: Add the supplier's address and contacts. You can add several detail lines by selecting +Add again.
- Select Create.
✅ The supplier record is created. It appears in the list of suppliers on the left of the screen. By selecting it from the list, its details are viewed on the right-hand side of the screen.
