Overview: Mapal One is your all-in-on employee development platform, where you can view all the learning items assigned to you and your training schedule, view and manage all aspects of your professional development, check your company’s feed, send suggestions and access your library, where your learning certificates, module downloads and important company documents are stored. This article gives an overview of the main dashboard.

Start from: the Mapal One main dashboard.

Upon signing in, you’ll see the Mapal One dashboard which includes the following sections: Required by you, Recommended for you, Feed and Explore learning. You can also interact with your colleagues via the Chat function and give them Recognitions. Below is an overview of each of these sections.

Required by you: this section shows all the learning items that have been assigned to you and have a due date. This means they have been set as mandatory by your managers.

Recommended for you: here you can find al the learning items assigned to you that do not have a due date, and therefore are not mandatory. These are curated according to your job role and duties.

Feed: here you can see a snapshot of your company’s feed, showing some of the most recent posts. Your company may post things like new starters announcements or company news. You can like, dislike and comment on these posts by using the buttons below each post.

Explore learning: this section shows all learning items that are available to you; these can range from short videos and external links to online modules.

Search function: use the search button (select the magnifying glass) to search for people in your company to give them Recognitions, Chat with them or View their profile. Select the three dots next to their name to carry out either of these actions.

Chat function: use the chat button to send messages to your colleagues or start a new conversation. The chat function allows you to react to messages using emojis, flag them as inappropriate, if necessary, send emojis and attach documents.
