Select Career > Career Mapping from the main menu.
The career mapping screen is designed to illuminate the career progression routes within an organization. On this screen, employees can explore potential career paths, understand role specifications, and grasp the developmental steps required to advance within the company.
To see a career mapping:
Select a specific Carrer mapping (Department) from the dropdown list. For example, Food & Beverage.
You will now see the roles in that department and how they gradually progress.
Select a specific role to see the description, resources, insights, and radar graphs depicting competency requirements and individual proficiency levels.
