Overview: Engagement allows venue managers to add a post-reco survey so that they can gather feedback immediately after recognizing an employee.
Start from: The Engagement dashboard.
Select Recognition > Post-Reco Survey from the main menu.
Select Create survey to start the creation.
You will now see a form divided into steps:
Fist step - General settings: Set the users that will answer, survey name, and period.Select the Next button to save the changes and continue to the following step.
Second step - Blocks and questions: Set the specific blocks or sections and the questions inside them. The questions can have different types, such as Open question (test box), Choose a face (1 to 5), Choose a predefined answer (multiple choice). You can also add pictures to your questions. You can add new questions and blocks by selecting + Add question or + Add block.
Third step – Preview: In this step, you can review the way the survey looks and confirm it by clicking on the Next button.
Once you press Next on the third step, the survey is saved and appears active and in the first position of the list.
You can always edit it, see answers if there were, duplicate, or delete the survey.
