Adding the course to Flow Learning

  • Log in to the Flow Learning system.
  • Select Learning & Development > L&D Settings > SCORM Modules.
  • Select the cog icon in the SCORM Modules tile to access the SCORM modules list.
  • Select the Add button (+) once in the SCORM modules list to add a new SCORM module. A pop-up window will appear.
  • Upload the SCORM file generated in Evolve by selecting the Zip file button. You can also add a module description, a thumbnail (Mapal One image) or a certificate.
  • Select Save when you have uploaded your course file. This process may take a while, depending on the file size. Do not close or refresh the screen.

Once the upload process has finished, you should be able to see your course on the SCORM Modules list accessed previously.

The next step would be to assign the course to your learners. You can do this by navigating to Learning & Development > Assign learning.
