Overview: Engagement allows venue managers to rank their employees by customer reviews so that they can recognise top performers and address underperformance effectively.

Start from: The Engagement dashboard.

  • Navigate to Review > Employee Ranking.

This page shows a table with a list of employees sorted from best to worst performance. This performance is calculated based on the number of rating, the number of evaluation, and the number of likes per employee.

The table shows the following information: ranking number, avatar, name, job title, level, rating, evaluation, and likes.

Ordering and filtering the list

At the top of the list, you will find options to filter and sort the information according to your preference. These options are:

  • Date selector: Filter the data by period. The available options are today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last 6 months, last year, and customized.

  • Sort by: Determine the order of the employees by the option selected here: number of reviews or score. 

  • Filters: Select the Filter button to narrow down the search by employee level (3 levels available).

Export rankings

You can export the filtered ranking by selecting the Download ranking data button at the top of the page. The resulting file will be a .XLS list.
