Overview: Engagement allows venue managers to manage external links for their team so that they can provide quick access to important resources and tools they need. External links are these links of interest added by the company. They are displayed on the main MapalOne dashboard, in the "External links" section in the form of cards.

Start from: The Engagement dashboard.

  • Navigate to Settings > External links.

The external links page has a table with 3 columns: Title, URL, and actions.

Create a new external link

  • Select Create new link.  
  • In the Create a new link page, enter the following details:
    • Language of the link.
    • Title of the link.
    • URL.
  • If you need to have multiple link versions for each language, select + Add translation. 

Delete & edit external links

Edit

  • Select the Action button (three dots) at the far right of the external link’s row.
  • Select Edit. The Edit link screen will show you the fields you can modify.
  • Once you finish the modifications, select Update.

Delete

  • Select the Action button (three dots) at the far right of the external link’s row.
  • Select Delete. A confirmation window will appear at the top of the page.
  • Select Accept to complete the deletion.
