Overview: Compliance allows general managers to review key metrics so that they can quickly understand how effectively their systems are working.
Start from: The Compliance overview.
- Select Reports from the main menu.
The Report Page is designed exclusively for central users, offering insights and summaries through various tiles. Many of these metrics are also available on the central overview page. Below is an overview of the tiles and their functionalities:
Compliance Score
- Displays the compliance score for the selected period (default: past 30 days).
- Locations with the lowest scores are listed at the top in descending order.
- Select Open to view a detailed breakdown of compliance data by location. Includes filtering options by location groups.
Open Deviations
- Shows the total number of open deviations.
- This tile is informative only and does not include drill-down functionality.

Most Open Deviations
- Highlights locations with the highest number of open deviations.
- Select Open to access detailed data, including filtering by location groups.

Recently Completed Forms
- Provides an overview of recently completed forms across all locations.
- Select Open to access detailed data, including filtering by location groups.
Waste Management
- If your company uses the Waste Module, this section provides key metrics for the selected period, including:
- Grams per Guest (g/guest): Average waste per guest.
- Total Waste: The overall amount of waste generated.
- Total Number of Guests: The total guest count.
- If you select the Open button, the screen provides a detailed breakdown, including:
- Waste details by location, number of portions, and adjustments.
- Average waste per guest and per portion.
- Cost equivalent and CO2 equivalent for total waste.
- Select See More to get additional insights into compliance scores for each module at every location.
