Overview: As a food service manager, you can define the recommended nutritional intakes for each type of customer to ensure compliance with daily nutritional intake recommendations. This functionality allows you to view, modify, delete, or add recommended intakes, ensuring menus align with customer needs.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
Navigate to Nutrition > Recommended daily intakes.
The Recommended daily intakes screen provides a detailed view of nutritional intake settings for various customer types. As a menu manager, this tool helps you efficiently review, adjust, or create intake guidelines, ensuring menus comply with nutritional standards and meet customer needs.
Viewing or modifying recommended intakes
Select the corresponding row for the customer in the intake list.
Note: Use the Filters on the left to narrow down your search.
The recommended intakes will appear in the right-hand panel. To modify them:
In the Main Information panel, adjust the values in the text fields as necessary.
Select Update to save the changes.
You can also remove a specific daily intake by selecting Delete (trash bin icon) in the Main Information panel.
Adding recommended intakes
Select + Create.
Select the Guest from the dropdown list.
Enter the intake values in the text fields.
Select Create to save the new intake.
Specifying the distribution of intake across meals
- Select + Add a meal type.
- Select the meal type from the dropdown list.
- Enter the intake values for the service.
- Select Update to save the distribution.
