Overview: Managers can deactivate team members, ensuring they no longer appear as part of the current team. Deactivation can be useful when team members are no longer active within the organization or their roles have changed.

Start from: The Configuration Dashboard.

  • Select Users > Deactivate from the main menu.

  • The list of users currently active will appear. Select Disable next to the user you wish to remove from the current team.

  • Select OK to deactivate the user and remove them from the team OR Cancel to leave them active.
