Overview: Knowledge checks, or quizzes, can make the learning process much more interactive and fun, which in turn increases learner engagement and motivation. This can move learning into a more active space, aiding in retention of information and better application of new skills.

Start from: The Flow Learning Dashboard.

See Creating Knowledge Checks (Quizzes) for more information on creating Knowledge Checks.

Once the Knowledge Check is created, this should be added to a Collection so that it can be assigned to learners.

  • Select Learning & Development > L&D Settings > Collections from the main menu.
  • Create a new Collection to add the Knowledge Check to, OR select an existing Collection to add it to.

Note: this version will only go to learners once the collection is assigned. The version with the Knowledge Check will not automatically go to learners with the Collection already.

You can place the Knowledge Check anywhere in terms of order.

Once the Knowledge Checks have been added, you can then assign it to learners via the Assigned Learning page.

Note: Learners will be able to view the Knowledge Checks in their Collections (Required by you/Recommended for you).
