Overview: Workforce allows to enable notifications of employee proposals, so that the different users of the process are informed when an action has been taken on the workflows for personnel hiring and termination, personnel modification, and data modification.
Start from: The Workforce module.
- Select Configuration > Notifications from the main menu.
- Once on this screen, the user will see the main table listing all notifications that users can configure based on their role permissions.
- Select the New + button to assign new recipients and notifications.
- A popup window will show 5 fields, for which you’ll have to select:
- Area: Used to filter the events to which the user associates recipients. This field is mandatory. There are five areas: Payroll Incidents, Sick Leaves, Other Absenteeism Incidents, Proposal, and Holidays. Select Proposal.
- Event: Displays the list of different events based on the previously selected scope. This field is mandatory. Here, you can select as many Proposal events as needed.
- Role: Associate users with a specific role as recipients of the selected event or events.
- User: Associate users as recipients of the selected event or events.
- Status: Assign an active or inactive status to your notification. By default, notifications will be created with an Active status, so that, from the moment of creation, if any of the associated notification events occur, users will receive the corresponding notifications.
Note: The Role field is not mandatory if a user is selected, and the User field is not mandatory if a role is selected.
- When the user selects Accept, as many event-role and event-user notifications will be generated as selected.
