Overview: as the manager of a restaurant or food establishment, you may want to simplify your order management by placing a single global bread order for the month, from which you can manage all your daily bread deliveries.

Start from: the Easilys menu.

To make a bread order:

  • Select Supplier orders > Supplier orders from the main menu.
  • Create a bread order with the total quantity for the month and the last delivery date of the month.
  • Send the order.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, a delivery note is automatically created with the delivery date indicated in the order and the status In progress.

Each time the supplier delivers the order during the month:

  • Select Supplier Orders> Receptions from the main menu.
  • Select the relevant delivery note.
  • Select the Information tab.
  • Modify the delivery date to indicate the day of delivery.
  • Return to the Reception tab.
  • Change the quantity in the Delivery note section to the quantity you received today.

In the product sheet:

  • Select the Re-delivery of missing quantity checkbox.
  • Validate the receipt.

Easilys automatically generates a new delivery note so you can manage the receipt of the quantity missing from the order as you go along.
