Overview: As a restaurant manager, you'll need to set up the interface between Easys and Agrilocal to improve local purchasing and integrate systems to streamline operations. This guide takes you through the process.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
As a reminder: The settings will enable automatic daily uploading of receipts entered on AGRILOCAL to Easilys.
Orders are entered, modified (if necessary) and validated in Agrilocal, then the receipt is uploaded to Easilys, in "in progress" status.
Suppliers and items will be created automatically in Easilys, with labels and Agrilocal origin. Once the reception is visible on Easilys, you will just have to validate it so that the products appear in stock.
Activate the Agrilocal interface in the interface screen
- Select Tools > Interfaces.
- Select Details in front of the AGRILOCAL API interface.
- Check that the box corresponding to your department number is ticked (here, Puy de Dome = 63 : https://www.agrilocal63.fr).
- Enter the distribution key retrieved from the Agrilocal interface.
- Select Save.
Your interface is now Active.
Good to know:
Orders placed on Agrilocal will not appear in the Easilys order tracking screen.
Reception information is only available on Easilys. To access the order form, visit the Agrilocal platform.
If it is necessary to add a product to the reception generated by Agrilocal, it is up to the supplier to do so on the Agrilocal platform.
Indeed, sites can create products locally if they are not available on the platform, but they won't be able to add them to a reception generated by the platform.
