Overview: Connecting UberEats to Reputation allows venue managers to monitor and manage reviews and feedback from delivery customers, ensuring a high-quality service across all platforms.

To retrieve reviews directly from the Uber Eats platform, it is necessary to integrate with Reputation.
To do this, a series of steps must be followed:
Reputation
Navigate to Configuration > Online > Integrations.
Select New + to add a new integration. Here, fill in the fields as follows:
Source: UberEats
Reputation business unit: select the business unit in Reputation for which you want to retrieve the data.
External name: the exact name of the center as it appears in Uber Eats (with the same characters as on the Uber Eats platform, even with emojis if they are in the name).
External link: the URL for the site in the Uber Eats platform.
Uber Eats Manager
To request data from the centers in Uber Eats, you need a user account to obtain permissions to the Uber Eats API.
To do so, follow these steps:
Go to restaurant.uber.com.
Log in with the credentials that Uber Eats has provided to access the Uber Eats Manager.
Once in the Uber Eats Manager, navigate to Users.
Add the Reputation user (reputation.gmb@mapal-os.com).
Grant Reputation’s user Manager permissions.
