Overview: As a restaurant manager, you want to customize an inherited product to suit the specific needs of your establishment. This guide will walk you through the process.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
With Easilys, it's possible to order administered products from a father site, so you don't benefit from the price lists in which these products are found.
However, there is a way to customize these products by adding them to one of your own price lists. You thus become the owner of a copy of the product. Then be sure to order your product and not that of the parent site.
- Select the Products > Price lists tabs.
- Select the price list attached to the supplier on which you wish to customize a product administered by a parent site, or create one if there isn't one yet.
- Select + Add a supplier product.
A list of existing supplier products is displayed.
- Find the product you want to customize.
Note: if the supplier's product is not included in the list, it's because the family of the price list product is not compatible with the product family attached to the product on the parent site.
- Select product.
The "Add supplier product" window appears.
- You can modify product information as required.
- Select Add.
A copy of the product is now in your price list. You are the owner of this copy, so you can manage it like all the products you've created on your site.
