Overview: As the manager of a kitchen serving delivery points created as "consumer site" or "delivery site", you want to make the menus visible to them so that they can place orders so that you know what to deliver.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
Note: The operation described here concerns cases where delivery points are defined as "delivery site" or "consumer site". You can check that this is the case for your sites by going to the site tree. If the site is of a different type, e.g. Production, please contact your administrator or the Support team.
1. Indicate the templates to be made visible for each delivery site or consumer
- Select the Guest orders > Guest order administration.
- Select the menu template you wish to use from the list on the left. (1)
Note: the menu to be used must be on the production site. There's no need to duplicate the menu on consumer sites.
- Check off each site for which you wish to have access to the menu template in "Guest orders" on the consumer side. (2)
- Then select a date to work on the prices and taxes associated with each proposed service. (3)
2. Publish production site menus so that delivery and consumer sites can order
- Publish the week's menu. Otherwise, the menu will not be offered to guests. To do this, select Menus > Menus.
- Select the week you wish to publish. (a)
- Select Publish the week XX. (b)
This site's child sites can now place their orders via the guest order screen, as described in the article Placing a guest order from a production, delivery or consumer site.
