Overview: As a restaurant manager, you'll need to link a batch of equipment items to a maintenance contract to guarantee proper service and maintenance. This will enable us to suggest which maintainer to call on when creating a job, depending on the batch to which the equipment item belongs. This guide takes you through the process.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

  • Select the Equipment items > Contracts tabs.
  • Select from the list the maintenance contract to which you wish to link a batch of equipment items.

The contract form is viewed on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • In the “Equipment batch” section, select + Add an equipment batch.

The “Add an equipment batch” window appears.

  • Optional: Create an equipment batch by selecting the cogwheel.
  • Select an equipment batch from the list that appears by selecting the dropdown menu.
  • Optional: Create a batch contract type by selecting the cogwheel.
  • Select a batch contract type from the list displayed by selecting the dropdown menu.
  • Select an intervention period.
  • Optional: Add a comment in the Description field.
  • Select Add in the bottom right-hand corner of the “Add an equipment batch” window.
  • Select Save.
