Overview: As a restaurant manager, you need to take stock of the large quantities of equipment available, such as cutlery, in order to manage resources efficiently. This guide takes you through the process.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

It is entirely possible to create an equipment file, for example, Fourchettes. The aim is not to monitor the condition of this equipment, but rather to take stock of the quantity available. 

  • Select Equipment items > Equipment items.
  • Select + Create, or, select a previously created equipment master record and select Update.

The "Create an equipment item" OR "Update an equipment item" window appears on the screen.

  • In the "Inventoried quantity" box, enter the quantity available for this equipment.
  • Check the "Exclude from maintenance interventions" box.
