Overview: Workforce allows managers to view within the scheduler the shift requests made by employees through GIR Staff, so they can consider employee preferences and increase overall workforce satisfaction.
Start from: The Workforce module.
Select Scheduling > Scheduler 2.0 from the main menu.
Parameterize the scheduler to access the main grid OR select Cancel to see the blank grid and access the toolbar.
To make the parameterization, see Access the scheduler.
Select Configuration > General Setup.
In the employee section, select the option Show Employee Requests.
Select Save to keep the changes and display the requests in the grid.
Each request is reflected in the new planner with an orange guide in the daily view.
Please note that the options available to indicate preferences from GIR Staff are:
Work
Not working
Not working before (= working since)
Do not work after (= work until)
Working a specific shift (working from Xhs to Xhs)
