Overview: Engagement allows venue managers to check their recognitions dashboard so that they can track and analyze recognition trends within their team
Start from: The Engagement dashboard.
Select Recognition > Analysis from the main menu.
In the Recognition Analysis panel, you will see a Filter to help you easily find the information you are looking for. To use the filters:
Select a period from the dropdown or set a custom timeframe.
Use the filtering levels to find specific parameters.
Select a specific reason for the recognitions. You can also choose to see All Reasons.
Select the Filter button to apply the selection.
You will now see the filtered results organized as follows:
Summary tile: The first tile has the following metrics:
Total number of recognitions
Profiles with recognitions and the total of profiles that exists
Its percentage
Total number of likes
Users with recognitions and the total of users that exists
Its percentage
Top 3 levels: It is a diagram that shows the main 3 levels and its number of recognitions. These 3 levels are the ones that have most recognitions.
Recognitions per reason: It is a pie chart that shows the percentage of recognitions per reason of recognition.
Recognitions in this period: It is a bar diagram where user can review the recognitions per day.
Table: Here the user can see all the recognitions and all the information about them. You can navigate through them using the page numbers below.
