Overview: Easilys enables food service managers to manage their products efficiently, customizing their inventory to suit their business needs.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

  • Navigate to Products > Products administration – V2.

You can manage your products from the Product Administration V2 screen as well as from the Price List screen. This article presents the Product Administration V2 screen. Feel free to consult the articles on the Price List screen for more information on this alternative method of managing products.

Industrial Products

The main area displays the list of all configured industrial products.

Create industrial products

  • Select the + Create button.

  • Enter the required product details.

    Note: Industrial products can be created without linking them to supplier products or price lists.

  • Select Save to finalise the creation process.

View industrial product details

  • Select an industrial product from the list.

  • The product settings are presented in different areas:

    • General: Name, description, family, reference, spec sheet, VAT rate.

    • Characteristics: Ingredients, range, category, quality, origin, labels, allergens, and nutritional composition.

    • Consumption: Weight per unit and per litre, yield coefficient, and type of consumption shelf life.

    • Logistics: GTIN-EAN code, storage area, and packaging.

Edit an industrial product

  • Select an industrial product.

  • Click Edit.

  • Modify the required fields.

  • Select Save to apply the changes.

Delete Industrial product

  • Select an industrial product.
  • Click Delete.
  • Confirm the action by selecting Yes on the pop-up.

Supplier products

To view the supplier products corresponding to an industrial product, simply click the arrow at the end of the row. The main information for each supplier product will then appear: supplier name, product name, units, and price.

Create supplier products

  • Select the industrial product corresponding to the supplier product you wish to create.

  • Select + Create a Supplier Product.

  • Enter the information for this supplier product, including its supplier and units.

  • Select Save to finalise creation.

View supplier product details

  • Display the desired product by clicking the arrow at the end of the row of the linked industrial product.

  • Click on the supplier product.

  • View details such as:

    • Product information: Name, description, and characteristics.

    • Traceability information: Creation date, user, last update details, and location.

    • Ordering and billing information: Order units, minimum order quantity, booking periods, billing units, etc.

    • Stock information: Storage units.

    • Commercial terms: Pricing and price lists associated with the product.

Edit a supplier product

  • Display the desired product by clicking the arrow at the end of the row of the linked industrial product.

  • Select the desired supplier product.

  • Select Edit.

  • Modify the required fields if necessary.

  • You can also edit prices in the Price List field (for example, link the product to a price list, modify current price lists, or unlink them).

  • Select Save to confirm the changes.

Delete a supplier product

  • Display the desired product by clicking the arrow at the end of the row of the linked industrial product.

  • Select the desired supplier product.

  • Select Delete.

  • Confirm the action by selecting Yes in the pop-up window.
