Note: Actions on the Easilys platform depend on your user access permissions. If you cannot perform the actions below, it may be due to restrictions on your user profile. Contact the Support team or your administrator for assistance.
Overview: Easilys allows food service managers to register printers on the system so that they can enable my team to use these devices to print labels.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
Navigate to Tools > Devices.
Select + Add.
In the Create a device panel on the right, fill in the following details:
Name*: Enter a clear and descriptive name for the printer.
IP address*: Provide the printer's IP address.
Manufacturer/Producer*: Select the printer's brand (e.g., ZEBRA or EPSON).
Colour*: Assign a colour to identify the specific device.
Select Save to complete the registration process. The printer will now be registered and ready to use.
The printers visible on this screen can be selected when configuring print tasks in Recipes > Print labels.
