Note: actions performed on the Easilys platform are subject to user access permissions. Overview: Easilys allows food service suppliers to submit tender responses and view client decisions, enabling them to respond to tender opportunities and secure new contracts.

  • Navigate to Call for tenders.

  • Select a tender from the list.

  • Select the Generalities tab.

  • Select Send Your Offers on the right side of the screen.


Note: You must send your offers for the client to receive them. Until you click Send Your Offers, your responses will not be visible to the client.

Check tender response history

You can view the history of your submitted responses to the tender as long as the call for tenders has not been closed. For this:

  • Select the Responses tab. Here, you can see the response history.

  • You can also submit your own responses in + Add an answer.

This allows you to keep track of your previous inputs and verify that everything has been submitted correctly.

View client decisions

You will receive an email notification when the client adds comments or makes a decision about your offers.

Each submitted offer will then be updated with one of the following statuses:

  • Accepted

  • Rejected

Note: A tender process cannot be closed until every submitted offer has received a status from the client.
