Overview: once you have created and activated a push survey, you can have access to it for potential modifications or having an overview of the answers generated.

Start from: the Engagement Dashboard.

  • Select Push survey in the main menu.

There, you can see the survey(s) displayed on the Push Survey screen.

Note: in order to activate the survey and also notify employees, don't forget to activate the green toggle switch.

Edit a push survey

On the push survey screen:

  • Select the cog icon > Select Edit.

Note: you can only edit the sections BEFORE you get answers from the push survey. Once the survey has at least one answer, only step 1 remains editable (audience section and survey set up) and you will not be able to edit the blocks and questions.

View the answers

On the push survey screen:

    Select the cog icon > Select See answers.

Note: For a more detailed report, select the check button of the survey(s) and select the Download survey icon. You will receive an email with the report.

Export survey status per user

On the push survey screen:

  • Select the cog icon > Select Export pending / complete user status
  • You will recieve a report via email, with the following columns:
    • Email address
    • Employee name
    • Level 1
    • Level 2
    • Level 3
    • Job
    • Department
    • Completed survey (Y/N)
