Overview: The Workforce app allows managers to keep detailed control of shifts in their assigned centers. From the application, managers will be able to access different functionalities that will facilitate the identification and review of planned shifts.

Start from: The Workforce App.

  • Select ROTAs from the main menu.

On the main Shifts page, you will be able to see the status of shifts for a specific week for all business units to which the user/manager has access. You will also be able to see a summary of:

  • Number of shifts in each of the statuses.

  • Percentage of total shifts for the specified week.

  • When selecting a Business Unit, users will see all employees sorted by shift entry time (first projected shift).

  • When selecting Shifts by employee, the order will be reversed, showing first the employees with no shift and then the employees with subsequent shift entries.

  • To switch between the days of the week, select the different days shown in the second header screen.

  • To add comments for a specific business unit and workday, select Comments from the floating menu.

Note: In the same way as for the Staff on Shift functionality, managers will be able to add comments at the employee level by clicking on an employee row.

Set Filters and Parameters to display shifts

The filter and parameters components, accessible from the floating menu, allow managers to set the information displayed on the shifts page and select the week of shifts to be displayed.

To facilitate the visualization of the desired shifts, the user will be able to apply filters such as:

  • Week

  • Business Unit

  • Concept

  • Category

  • Contract

  • Workstation

  • Company

  • Country

  • Province

  • Own

  • State

In the same way, parameters also include a button that allows you to view incoming and outgoing clockings.
