Overview: the Central overview is the home page in Compliance where users that have access to more than one location can have a comprehensive view of the main activities in Compliance: Daily schedule and Forms. This article explains the main functions in the web overview page. See Get familiar with the Central overview (app) to learn more about the Compliance app dashboard.

Start from: the Compliance overview dashboard.

You’ll see that the Central overview page is divided into a Daily Schedule, Forms, and Deviations tabs. See below for more information on each of these.

  • Use the locations dropdown to view information for a specific location.
  • Use the Print button to export as a PDF or print this information.

Filtering

  • Use the Filter option to filter the information shown, by module, checklist, form and form section.
  • There are also dropdown menus for filtering by departments and groups.

Note: It is possible to filter by multiple forms and compare these results across different time periods. For example, an organisation might perform both a summer and a winter audit. By selecting both audit forms from the central overview, users can generate a combined report that displays scores and data across the entire organisation for both audits.

Using these filtering options, you can select multiple scenarios to see data across different areas of your business.

Daily schedule

  • Select the date range dropdown at the top of the page to view the Daily schedule overview for different time periods.

The Compliance score section shows you the percentage of answered/unanswered tasks, which you can compare with other time periods.
The Compliance score trend shows a graph of your compliance over the selected time period.
The Daily schedule section shows an overview of your locations with the number of deviations and tasks completed.

  • Select the Sort button to filter this information by module, area/checklist or location/location groups.

When sorting the information, you’ll then see a circular graph around the location icon showing the compliance score filtered by the options you chose.

  • Select the Export button to download an Excel file of this information.

Forms

  • Select the Forms tab to view forms status.

The Form score section shows the percentage of completed forms, which you can compare with other time periods.
The Form trend section shows a graph of the number of completed forms, completed deviations and scores. Note: if the form has no points, this will not be shown.
The Form section shows a list of locations with completed forms, the number of deviations created and opened and how many ongoing forms the location has.

  • Select the Sort button to see the status of particular forms and locations.

When sorting the information, you’ll then see a circular graph around the location icon showing the compliance score filtered by the options you chose.

  • Select the Export button to download an Excel file of this information.

Deviations

The Deviations tab provides insight across your business, focusing on the oldest open deviations and tasks with the most deviations.

  • Select from a deviation on the list to show deviation details. From here you can find out more information and close outstanding deviations.
