Overview: Workforce provides the option to schedule employee shifts based on a budget. This configuration facilitates informed decision-making on staffing needs and operational strategies, and can be easily visualized through the Projected Shift screen.

Start from: The Workforce module.

  • Select Scheduling > Weekly ROTAs from the main menu.

  • Select the Work Center where the shift you wish to analyze is located.

  • Select the Arrow icon in the field of the shift you wish to view.

In the shifts you will be able to visualize the net sales or projected and actual traffic per day and quarter of an hour, thanks to the tooltips that will appear when you hover the cursor over the total staff requirement and projection data.

Visualization by workstations

In order to see the staffing requirements by job position, you must:

  • Select the Group to display.

  • Select the Job to be displayed.

  • Select the day of the week to be displayed.

  • In the Net Sales field, you can view the projected and actual sales for the day.

  • By hovering over the timestamps in the Ideal Staff line, you can see the ideal number of employees for each quarter hour, as well as the sales, traffic, and KPIs for each quarter hour.

  • In the Projected Staff line, you will see the number of employees projected for each quarter hour.

Visualization without workstations

In order to be able to see the need for personnel without distinction of jobs, you must:

  • Under Group, select All

  • Under Work Center, select All.

Notes: You will see Peak Times and Power Hours shaded in red (they are calculated with projected traffic). Once you have the actual traffic, it will be calculated with this.
