Overview: Mapal OS sends automatic messages to users when, for example, logging in for the first time or resetting a password. Managers can customise these email templates and create new ones through Mapal OS.
Start from: the Mapal OS dashboard.
- Select Open on the Configuration tile.
- Select Notifications from the main menu.
You’ll see a table list of your existing email templates. Here you can edit an existing template or create a new one.
- Select an existing default email message to edit it.
- Select Add (+) to create a new email message.
Note: the custom messages that you create will override the default emails of the same type (in the Type dropdown menu in the New template pop-up), with the exception of the link to set up your password to Mapal OS (which will always be there at the bottom of the text you write).
