Overview: the Mapal OS dashboard is your all-in-one place to your company’s Mapal products, where you can view and keep track of your development process and view company updates posted to your team.
Start from: the Mapal OS welcome page https://app.mapal-os.com/
- Sign in to Mapal OS using your username and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to see an overview dashboard of your company’s Mapal products.
- Select the Mapal logo icon on the bottom left to navigate easily and quickly between your Mapal products OR select the Open button on any of the product tiles.
Below is a brief description of each of the tiles you may see:
Configuration: this is the platform where you can manage all your users and business units. The configuration settings here will sync to all your other Mapal products.
Flow Learning: this is your Flow Learning Management system platform.
Engagement: this is the employee engagement platform where you can send out surveys, news items, create forums and show recognition to your staff.
Mapal One: this is the platform your team members will use to access the tools they need for their work, such as their learning resources, company news, etc.
Compliance: this the Compliance Management system, where you can view and manage your company and different locations’ tasks and compliance to local laws.
Reputation: this is the online reputation platform where you can view and manage your reviews, sentiment analysis, visibility stats, etc.
Flow Learning: this is your Flow Learning Management system platform.

Note: as we develop the Mapal OS dashboard, you’ll have access to all the other Mapal products (if your company uses them) from this same dashboard.
Resending welcome emails
If your employees have not received their welcome email to be able to access Mapal One, you can resend these emails by following this process:
- Select the Configuration tile.
- Select User Management > Users.
- Find the employee(s) you need to resend the welcome email to.
- Select their name and then, the paper airplane icon.
