You may already have access to Mapal OS, our centralised platform for Mapal products, or you may still use the legacy Compliance web page. If you’re not sure whether you should be using Mapal OS, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Access via the Compliance web page (legacy method)
- Navigate to https://do.getcompliant.com/.
- Enter your username and password.
- Sign into your account.
Note: select Forgot your password? to receive a reset password email.
Access via Mapal OS
- Navigate to https://app.mapal-os.com/.
- Enter your username and password.
Note: select Forgot your password? to receive a reset password email.

- Select Open on the Configuration tile.
Once in the Compliance platform, Central admin users will see the Central overview page. See Get familiar with the Central overview for more information on this dashboard and how to get the most out of it.
Local users (users with access to only one location) will be redirected to the Daily schedule page. See our collection of articles on the Daily schedule in Compliance for more information on specific tasks in this page.
