Overview: Workforce enables employers to easily recognize and manage employee turnover within the organization through a detailed employment history report.

Start from: The Workforce module.  

  • Select Reports from the main menu.   
  • Use the Magnifying Glass icon or locate in the list the report 160 - Workforce - Employment History.

  • Select Group by Employee
  • Set the Status of the employee you wish to query, either Current or Former.  
  • Click on the Select Worker button to select the specific person to query.
  • The Show Leaves checkbox can be checked only if you wish to see incidents in the work period(s) to be consulted.
  • Select if you want to consult the whole period or only a specific date range.
  • Select the Excel button to download the report in .XLS format. 
  • In the resulting document, the Event column shows Modification; while the Unit column shows the origin and destination units.
