Overview: As a restaurant manager, you want to view stock, inventory and food cost prices, either before tax (HT) or inclusive of tax (TTC), for better financial management. This guide takes you through the process.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
Select your user name, then select Site parameters.
Go to the My budgets tab.
The "Budget management" page appears.
Select the date from which you want the change to take effect.
Select INC VAT or EXC VAT in the "Site management" line.
Select Save now, which appears at the top of the screen.
Notes: Consider possibly reverting the parameter to its previous state if your colleagues work with this configuration, or inform them.
For example: your chef often works on an ex-VAT basis, whereas your manager will be more interested in the price including VAT.
This modification can be made as many times as necessary, on any date. It affects the display of the STOCK, INVENTORIES, and FOOD PRICE screens.
