Overview: as a restaurant manager, you can define a minimum stock level for a supplier's product inStock V2 to avoid stock-outs. This guide takes you through the process.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
The minimum stock level can be set so that an alert is displayed in the Stock (v2) and Inventory (BETA) screens on the product line concerned if its stock quantity is below the defined minimum quantity.
The under-stock report allows you to download a list of all products under the minimum stock level at once, to make ordering easier.
Note: setting minimum stock levels is not compulsory; it is optional, and will facilitate your ordering processes by giving you a direct view of products requiring replenishment.
Set up a minimum stock level
- Select Stock > Stock (v2) from the main menu.
- Find the product for which you want to set a minimum stock level.
- Select the three dots next to the relevant product line, then select Define a minimum stock.
The Define a minimum stock window will pop up for the selected product.
- Enter the minimum stock in the Minimum stock box.
- Select Save.
Information in the Minimum stock column will be visible for products with a minimum stock parameter.
Note: the minimum stock level can be changed at any time by modifying the quantity in the Minimum stock box, and it is also possible to delete a set minimum stock level by entering the number 0 in this box.
Information about products below minimum stock levels can be seen directly in the product list: they are highlighted with a blue alert symbol.
Use the Minimum stock filter
The Minimum stock filter, available in the stock screen filters, enables you to view products:
-With no minimum stock quantity (Non renseigné)
-With a stock quantity higher than the minimum stock quantity (Quantité > stock mini)
-With a stock quantity lower than the minimum stock quantity Quantité < stock mini)
- Select Stock > Stock (v2) from the main menu.
- Select the Filter icon.
- Select the product types you wish to view, under the Minimum stock tab.
- Select the cross at the top right to close the filter sidebar, and view a list of filtered products.
