Overview: As a restaurant manager, you want to delete a supplier's product so that you can no longer include it in supplier orders. This guide will walk you through the process.

 Start from: The Easilys menu.

To delete a supplier's product, go to the price list in which it is located.

You then have two solutions: make the product not orderable (it could be useful to you again in the future) or delete it permanently.

  • Select the Products > Price Lists tabs.
  • Use the ”Supplier product” filter, in which you simply type the name of the product to be deleted. Easilys will then show you which price list(s) it is in :

  • Select the desired price list.

The price list views on the screen.

  • Search for the product you wish to remove, then choose your method:

1.    Select the red cross to permanently delete the product.

OR
2.    Uncheck the “Orderable?” box to keep the product but make it non-orderable. It will then no longer appear on the “Supplier orders” screen and will no longer be taken into account from the “Order preparation” screen.

 Note: Removing a product from a price list or making it not orderable has no impact on your stock. The product will always be visible, along with all its movements and history.
