Overview: As a restaurant manager, you'll need to generate an intervention record to effectively document and manage maintenance and repairs. This guide takes you through the process.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

All intervention requests are managed from the “Interventions” screen, even preventive maintenance interventions generated from the “Preventive” screen.

You'll be able to track the progress of all the interventions you need to do, from notification of the need to sign-off of the estimate, right through to sign-off of the intervention, and keep a precise record of all these steps.

  • Select the Equipment items > Interventions tabs.
  • Select + Create, available at the top right of the screen.

A blank intervention sheet appears on the right-hand side of the View.

  • Fill in the requested information. Those marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
  • Select Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the intervention form to sign off on the creation of the form.

Note: It is also possible to access the intervention creation screen from the equipment list, provided you are positioned on the site to which the equipment items correspond: 

  • Select the Equipment items >Equipment items tabs.
  • Select the equipment items concerned.
  • Select + Intervention.

The intervention form opens in a new tab and is pre-filled with the selected equipment items. All that remains is to complete it.
