Available reports
Sheet of 14 labels (A4)
Generates a document formatted for printing on 14-label A4 sheets, allowing users to label packaged recipes efficiently.
Delivery Note
Creates a delivery note for each receiving site, listing the recipes to be delivered (combining all menu templates) and detailing the packaging information for each meal.
Delivery Note by template
Provides a delivery note per receiving site, but with detailed staff numbers per menu template. While this report lists the recipes to be delivered, it does not include packaging details.
Delivery Note by template with sales price
Follows the same structure as the "Delivery Note by Template" but also includes the sales price and applicable tax for each recipe.
Allotment
Facilitates the allotment process by production unit. It lists all recipes for the selected consumption period, specifying which delivery sites each recipe is assigned to. This report is useful for teams that prepare shipments recipe by recipe. If you prefer to prepare shipments site by site, use the Delivery Notes instead.
Allotment by texture segment diet
Similar to the Allotment Report, but groups recipes based on a Texture-Segment-Diet combination. For example:
- Normal-School-Regular
- Minced-Healthcare-Salt-Free
Recipes are then sorted by meal elements, rather than production units.
Matrix for labelling machine
Provides packaging data in spreadsheet format, which can be imported into labeling systems for automatic label generation.
Menu control by texture segment diet
Summarizes the meal and recipe breakdown for each combination of segment, diet, and texture.
Menu control by texture segment diet and by site
Expands on the Menu control by texture segment diet report by adding site-specific details, showing which sites will receive each recipe and the expected number of portions.
Packaging
Provides step-by-step packaging instructions, organized by production unit and date. It details how each recipe should be packaged, taking into account portion size variations based on guest type, but does not include site-specific allocations.
Summary of the quantities entered in each menu frame by site (spreadsheet)
Displays a spreadsheet view of recorded staff numbers per service, per menu template, and per site, specifying guest type, texture, and dietary restrictions.
Summary of the quantities entered by menu item in each menu frame by site
For a selected consumption period, this report lists meal elements per delivery site, detailing the number of portions required per meal and per menu template.
