It’s updated in real-time, so you can react straight away to action outstanding reviews, monitor team progress and offer support where required. It also gives you quick access to reports and other areas of the Flow Learning Management System. As teams develop, you can see where improvements could be made ensuring that your management system remains relevant, and teams receive the right guidance.

to view relevant statistics in more detail.
- Select Chart to view statistics as a bar chart.
