Overview: This function allows you to decide who signs off your appraisals, according to the needs of your company. When appraisals are tailored to meet different sign off criteria it lets you control when the learner and reviewer will see each other’s responses. These settings also determine at which point the reviewer can mark the appraisal as complete.

Some companies choose to rename 'appraisals' to something that works better for their company. If Appraisals is part of your package and you are having trouble locating it on your system, please get in touch with your Mapal Customer Success Manager.
