Overview: Workforce users can benefit from wide a range of functionality on the platform. Here, we look at how to get access to the system for the first time.
Start from: the Mapal OS website OR the GIR login page.
Access via Mapal OS
If you're using Mapal OS, follow the guide at Access Mapal OS (as a manager).
Note: If you're not sure whether you should be using Mapal OS, contact your line manager or Mapal support.
Access via the GIR login page
Follow the instructions on your Workforce welcome email prompting you to set a password and follow the link to app.gotogir.com.
Enter your User Email address.
Enter your User Password.
Select Access.
Note: If you don’t have a welcome email or are unsure of your registered email or password, you can contact the Workforce support team via email. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting Forgot password? on the log in page.
After logging in, you will see the GIR Analytics Dashboard page.
Select MAPAL product selector > Workforce to open the Workforce Dashboard.
Note: The MAPAL product selector is a floating button at the bottom of the main menu.
