Overview: The shifts screen allows you to view a variety of data, including absence incidence. Quickly identifying the occurrences of absenteeism within a shift allows decision makers to quickly address staffing gaps and reorganize the workforce as needed.

Start from: The Workforce module.

  • Select Scheduling > Weekly ROTAs from the main menu.

  • Select the Work Center whose shift you wish to view.

  • To view the shift details, select the Arrow icon.

Note: If the icon is blue, it means that there is already data saved in that week.

Incidents in the visualization of shifts per line

  • Once in the Projected Shift screen, you will find the visual display of shifts per line by default.

  • Locate and select the day of the week whose shifts you wish to view.

  • In the day column, the projected daily hours for each worker are normally displayed. However, in case of an event, this field will show the abbreviation of the event instead of the number of projected hours.

Incidents in the visualization of shifts per quadrant

  • To open the visual display of shifts by quadrant, select the Quadrant button on the Projected Shift screen.

  • In the window of shifts per quadrant, you can usually view the whole week. To identify the occurrences, in terms of projected working hours in a day, look for the day boxes with abbreviations corresponding to absence occurrences.
