Overview: store managers will need to be able to view their location’s waste history to monitor and manage waste effectively.

- Select the location for which you wish to see the Waste history.
- Select Overview form the main menu.
You should be able to see a section names Waste management showing a number of total waste in grams per guest and a indicator of whether this is more or less than your average.
- Select Go to waste management to view further details:
- Food waste
- Number of guests
- Average food waste in g/guest
- Cost equivalent
- CO2 equivalent for total amount of food waste
- Sort this information by selecting the date range dropdown on the header of the table.
